A Little About Us & Our Farm
Hi, I’m Erin Friesen. My wife, Corinne and I have four girls, Bethany, Naomi, Mandy and Katrina. Mitchell Penner decided to ask for Bethany and she said yes so she left the farm but they still come back for visits occasionally. We all work on Chickadee Valley Farm together and welcome you to our website.
Shichons
We have Shih Tzu/Bichon cross (aka Shichons) available periodically throughout the year.
Frenchtons
Additionally, we have French Bulldog/Boston Terrier cross (aka Frenchtons) available.
Shichons
The Shih Tzu/Bichon cross is a non-shedding hypo allergenic dog which makes them a great family pet for in the home. Shih Tzu’s have straight hair whereas Bichon’s are curly. Our puppies have a little more Shihtzu in them so they typically have shorter noses and straighter hair. They are usually around 9 to 13lbs full grown and have wonderful temperaments. These dogs are great with kids, very friendly and insanely cute.

Pups are normally ready to go at 8 weeks old or shortly after
We stand behind the puppies with a one-year health guarantee that covers any problems they may have that stem back to us
Delivery Includes
Royal Canin Puppy food, which is great for immune support, digestive health, and is good up to 10 months old. (Note: we soak the kibbles in warm water until they have a good set of teeth to eat it dry)

To hold a Shichon puppy we require a deposit of $200 (non-refundable) which goes toward the cost of your pup and secures a spot on our list which we go through in priority. Secure your spot today!

Frenchtons
The French Bulldog and Boston Terrier mix is an all-around awesome dog. The black and white coloured Boston Terrier is typically known to want to please their master and the tan, brindle or piebald coloured French Bulldog is the more humorous dog guaranteed to keep you young with their silly antics. The Boston’s longer legs combined with the French Bulldogs shorter legs provide the Frenchton with a nice average leg length. The longer nose of the Boston Terrier compliments the shorter nose of French Bulldogs which helps for less breathing issues. Frenchtons are around 22 to 28lbs full grown.

Kitkats Puppies below born March 19,2025 There are six females and four males. 1-6 are the females and 7-10 are the males. They are all available! They will be ready to go May 14,2025.
Otters Puppies below... also born March 19 2025, There are three females and two males. 1-3 are the females and 4-5 are the males. Male 4 is sold. they will be ready to go May 14 2025.
